Marc de Vocht
Based on his passion, Marc de Vocht (56) started developing and selling real estate in the Austrian Alps in 2007 and he has a thorough knowledge of the whole region. Marc has been an independent entrepreneur since 1991 and worked in the financial industry until 2007. Marc grew up in a real middle class family and inherited a sense of quality, service, accuracy and customer focus from his family.
Mark Smits
Mark Smits (42) has a wide-ranging financial background through completing his studies: Business Economics at the HAN College in Arnhem (the Netherlands) and Finance at the University of Tilburg (the Netherlands). He started his career in the financial world and later switched to real estate development in Asia. After spending time in Thailand, where Mark's responsibilities included managing the development division of "Banyan Thailand," he returned to Europe. Because of his passion for the countries encompassing the Alps and the opportunities in these niche markets, he joined forces with Marc de Vocht resulting in their working together in Mountain Residences since 2012.
